At Valora Trade LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital publishing and media design services. Because our services involve custom digital work and intellectual labor, we enforce the following refund and cancellation policy:

DIGITAL SERVICES & PRODUCTS

All services provided by Valora Trade LLC (including but not limited to interactive flipbook creation, PDF layouts, and media integrations) are considered digital services. Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins. In such cases, a full refund may be issued, minus any payment processing fees. If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started, the client is responsible for paying for the hours or portions of work already completed.

REVISIONS AND SATISFACTION

To ensure client satisfaction, we offer 2 rounds of revisions included in our standard service packages. We work closely with our clients during the draft phase to ensure the final interactive output meets their business requirements.
